1-BASIC COURSE (3 Hours)
Content of Course:
A-TEORI:
Around 45 min-1h theory at the beach:
·Wind knowledge
·Equipment knowledge
·General safety issues
B-SIMULATION TRAINING
We fix the sail to a board at the beach and on this equipment (simulator) we are avaible to teach all you need to know about windsurfing at the beach.
·How to get on the board,
·How and where to stand on the board,
·How to pull up sail out of the water,
·Starting position, taking the wind in the sail and surfing…
·How to steer,
·Turning (tacking )
C-WINDSURFING ON THE WATER WITH INSTRUCTOR
It’s putting theory and simulator lesson together on the water.
We do the theory and simulator lessons every evening 18:00 o clock, it take saround 1,5 hours together, windsurfing on the water with instructor is next morning at 9:30, it takes 1,5 hours.
After you completed basic course, you can rent beginner equipment.
2- VDWS (GERMAN WATER SPORTS ASSOCATION) INTERNATIONAL WINDSURF LICENCE COURSE:
Our school is VDWS member and our instructors are able to give VDWS basic windsurfing licence which is a valid licence all over the world.
Licence course is 10 hours, following the course we do pratic and theoric exams.
B- ADVANCE COURSES:
Beach Start : Theory, smilator, practice in the water,
Water Start :Theory, smilator, practice in the water,
Fast tack,
Using the harness and footstraps,
Planing,
Power jibe.
